Recruit and scaled a 3D X-Ray image annotation team for TSA to provide training data sets for Machine Learning

Developed strategies by reorganizing teams based on project functions and team dynamics to increase efficiency and team synergy. Grew revenues by switching from flat-rate pricing to value-based pricing for select clients.
